This season, the show will focus on the parking departments of Detroit, Michigan and a new city, Providence, Rhode Island.

"In Season 5 we're in the trenches with the men and women of Detroit and Providence parking departments as they ticket, boot, tow, and impound the cars of problem parkers, with unexpected and outrageous results."Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, home of the Philadelphia Parking Authority, was the first and only city to be featured on the show until season 3 when Detroit was chosen to join the show. The PPA won't be a part of the newest season as a spokesperson for A&E announced that their contract expired and a decision was made to expand to other cities such as Providence.
