My movie recommendation of the week:
Feds (1988)
Directed by Daniel Goldberg
From IMDB.com: "Ellie DeWitt and Janis Zuckermann are admitted to the very strict FBI Training Academy. They get a hard course, in which they learn to deal with guns and to recognise crimes. They also get a physical training. It appears that Ellie is a real fighting- machine, in contrast with Janis, the great student. They have to help each other, 'cause only when they pass all the tests, they are allowed to join the FBI."
Feds is a feel good 80s comedy that while predictable, it's also funny and entertaining. Great chemistry between Rebecca De Mornay ("Ellie") and Mary Gross ("Janis") and of course, that's very important for a successful buddy movie. Why it hasn't been released on DVD/Blu-Ray yet is beyond me. I would love to add it to my collection.
