Sandra Bullock and Melissa McCarthy to Team Up for Buddy Cop Comedy

Sandra Bullock and Melissa McCarthy are teaming up for an upcoming buddy cop flick that will be directed/executive produced by Paul Feig (Bridesmaids) and written by Katie Dippold (Parks and Recreation).

In the comedy, currently untitled, Bullock will play an uptight FBI agent who forms a strained working relationship with an unconventional Boston cop played by McCarthy. The film will reunite McCarthy and Feig who worked together on the 2011 hit Bridesmaids. That film earned McCarthy a Oscar nomination for best supporting actress.

Production will start this summer.
