Grey's Anatomy: Shonda Tweets About Season 9 Finale!

On March 27th, Shonda Rhimes took to her Twitter to tell fans of Grey's Anatomy to forget everything we may have heard or anything she has said about the season 9 finale because it "no longer stands."
Before that tweet, she tweeted that she had an "intense discussion" with the writers in regards to the season finale and that their discussion resulted in some "very bold" decisions.
Of course, with me being a huge Calzona fan, I immediately began worrying about the couple because with Callie almost dying in a car accident in season 7 and Arizona losing a leg after surviving a plane crash in the season 8 finale, I was anticipating the worse. However, I was able to breath a sigh of relief because in one of her tweets to another fan, she said she would be good to the both of them. :)
However, when a fan tweeted if she could say anything about MerDer, she said she couldn't say anything.
Because she was so quiet when it came to Arizona and her fate, something tells me the decisions she and the writers made will involve Meredith and/or Derek. Saying that, both Ellen Pompeo and Patrick Dempsey have signed a contact for seasons 9 and 10, so whatever happens, I'm confident that they'll be okay and things will be resolved in season 10.

Trailer: 'MurderDrome' - A Roller Derby Horror Film

Thanks to Hayes Hudson's House of Horror, I learned that a Roller Derby horror flick is in the works. It's called MurderDrome and here's the plot from the film's Official Facebook Page:
"Cherry Skye just wants to skate, but the vengeful ghost of a killer has plans for her soul. Trapped between the wrath of love scorned and supernatural evil, Skye races towards The MurderDrome at breakneck speed. When she gets there there's no guarantees anyone is coming out alive.

Welcome to The MurderDrome, it's not a game anymore..."
While checking out the Facebook page to see about a release date, it appears it's still in production, so no official release date has been announced. Until a release date is announced, check out the trailer below:

Grey's Anatomy: Calzona News with Promo Pic!

With episode 9x17 (Transplant Wasteland) of Grey's Anatomy airs on March 14th, the synopsis and some promo pics for episode 9x18 (Idle Hands) have been released. The reason I'm going to focus on this episode is because of the mention of Callie and Arizona (Calzona) which indicates a possibility of it being the episode that we see Arizona getting her mojo back.
"As the hospital continues to make positive changes under the new management, the doctors begin to realize that owning a hospital comes with its own set of problems and responsibilities. Meanwhile, Meredith worries about the wellbeing of her unborn baby, Callie and Arizona try to get the spark back in their relationship, and Alex gives Jo's new boyfriend a run for his money, on "Grey's Anatomy," THURSDAY, MARCH 21 (9:00-10:02 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network. (ABC/Eric McCandless) ANNETTE O'TOOLE."

Promo pic featuring Callie and Arizona for episode 9x18
Not long ago, I wrote about a tweet that Shonda Rhimes sent out regarding the return of sexy Arizona. Her tweet was in response to a fan who asked when that was going to happen because Shonda said it would happen before Valentine's Day and it never did. Shonda assured us Calzona fans that it was coming and she "misjudged the timing of the episodes airdates." Well, it appears that the episode where we see Arizona get her mojo back on March 21st. However, it does say that they "try" to get their spark back, so that could mean that while they try it won't happen (like the episode with Bailey's wedding earlier this season) and it'll actually happen the following episode. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it happens in episode 18 because while I have enjoyed watching their journey and getting their relationship back on track this season, I'm ready to see them get the spark back in their relationship. It's time.

Before I finish this post, I just have to say how much I love the above promo pic of Callie and Arizona with them smiling at one another. :)
